GetValueByYWpf not returning the correct Y value

I am having issues with NT8 not returning the correct Y value all the time. The code I am using is very simple.

double g = chartScale.GetValueByYWpf(ptX.Y);

Basically, some of my clients are having issues with the price tracking incorrectly. I cannot replicate the problem because it is tracking correctly for me..and several other clients. Is there something I need to be aware of about Ninja not returning the correct price value all the time? It doesn't do it on all their charts. It doesn't report the value back incorrectly by the same amount every time.

What is the DPI scaling (text size) set in Windows for these clients computers?
