I have already reach out to Platformsupport. They have suggested to reach out to creator whom i think is Geoge W. I am not sure how to reach out to him. I know he is on this forum. What do i need to do to reach out to George W. Thanks

At the top of the forum you will see the word "Notifications" in the black banner which shows you your message center where you can compose new.

Here is an NT8 Version of the SMI that I have. I do not know what parameters TOS version has but the parameters here can be customized.
