Replay Connection

I am converting code from NT 7 to NT 8
and I would like to know what would be the conversion code for the following line :

Bars.MarketData.Connection.Options.Provider != Cbi.Provider.Replay

Thanks for your post.

The conversion for that line of code would be the following:

connectionStatusUpdate.Connection.Options.Provider != Provider.Playback

To use it you could do something similar to the following to check if you are running the playback connection inside OnConnectionStatusUpdate and then do something in OnBarUpdate if you are on Playback.

		bool isPlaybackConnection;
		protected override void OnConnectionStatusUpdate(ConnectionStatusEventArgs connectionStatusUpdate)
		{
		  	
			if(connectionStatusUpdate.Connection.Options.Provider == Provider.Playback)
		 	 {
		    	       isPlaybackConnection = true;
		 	 }
		  	else
				isPlaybackConnection = false;
		}
		
		protected override void OnBarUpdate()
		{
			
			if (isPlaybackConnection == true)
			{
			 	//Whatever you want to do when your playback connection is true
			}
		
		}
