Draw Ellipse Fixed

Hello,

Is there any way to draw a Ellipse on the Top, Boottom, Right of Left, like occurs with Draw.TextFixed?

There is not currently a NinjaScript method for this. I do see a feature request that would allow you to essentially "pin" a drawing object to a location on the chart panel, and it would not move whenever your scroll through the bars. Is this what you are looking for?
