    William %R Indicator

Is there a way to modify the William %R indicator to use it as "indicator" on "indicator" IE. WilliamR(SMA(20),14)[0] ???, by default only can be used with price.

    Hello PrTester,

Yes, this is possible with most indicators. The problem is that there is a difference between how NT7 and NT8 handle input series, in NT8 a lot of indicators lack the ability to use Input series but it can generally be added back.

The WilliamR is one of these indicators that was not coded to support input. However, NinjaTrader_Paul has created a conversion of this that includes input. I have attached that version to this post. I believe only the input has been modified in this version, but as usual, it would be up to the user to confirm the indicator being used works to their standard so please ensure you test the indicator to make sure it works as you expect. Otherwise, this does demonstrate how to add Input to an indicator so you can use this as a template for modifications.

I look forward to being of further assistance.
