What's wrong with my Code?? Getting error 'CS0019'

I'm trying to make colored candles that plot a certain color when they close in the top/bottom 25% of their range. The platform is saying I can't use operands and greater/less than equal to symbols. Tried to find a solution on my own. THIS IS TOTALLY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!

I solved most of my coding issues. However, it's not plotting. Meaning the indicator isn't working properly. Was I supposed to use Plot Bars in the Wizard or something else for candles.
