What is the difference between GetBarIdxByTime and GetBar ?

The ChartBars.GetBarIdxByTime() allows the ChartControl to be specified and is worked through the ChartBars object.
This would be the likely approach from a drawing tool or another addon.
Below is a publicly available link to the help guide.
Bars.GetBar() would reference the chart control and bars object of the indicator. This approach would likely be used for indicators / strategies.
