Create indicator with boxed properties without having to apply

Hello. Hi.

I'm looking for a developer indicator that has to have some features that I can't find in the documentation.

You must create a button on top of the chart where the indicator chart is located, ect...
This button should open a box where the properties to be configured of the indicator are located. These properties should be applied in the graph without having to apply.

I have seen it in an indicator that these properties interacted directly with the graph without the need to apply

Could you tell me where I should start?
It is a feature of an addon or could it be an indicator? how can I create a box with the properties? how can these properties directly affect the graphic without reloading?

Thanks for opening the thread.

WPF modifications escapes our documentation and what we can provide support for. Having said that, there is a bit of demand for being able to do this and we do have some sample code on the forums that can provide further direction for getting started.

Our colleague Chelsea has a few scripts that demonstrate how to add buttons to a chart, other menu items, and being able to create a new window from an indicator. Additional information on NTWindows can be found in the help guide.

What is the indicator that you are referring to? As far as I know, there is not any documentation on being able to accomplish this as the recommended method would be to click apply and then the state system would handle the changing variables.

There is an indicator or addon that develops http://www.mzpack.pro/ which requires installation in windows. Allows you to create an area where the indicator is applied within the chart. It has a property box which you can change and apply to the indicator directly without applying

I've heard of these indicators but I do not have very much experience with them, and as far as I know they are closed source.

It would be possible to create a text box on a chart window that has its value checked after a certain interval. I may advise to create a TextBox Control and then check that value as often as you would like to see it updated. However, I do not have any sample code I can share that would fully demonstrate adding this to an indicator.

Since the implementation surrounds an advanced C# approach with WPF modifications, the amount of direction we can provide is limited and escapes the scope of services we may provide.
