NT8 equivalent to 'ChartDataBoxDate'?

I know in NT7 there is the method:

 
           public override string ChartDataBoxDate(DateTime time){} 

Is there an equivalent for NT8?

Unfortunately, our development has let me know this is not currently possible for NinjaTrader 8.

Custom bar types are not able to format the date and this will be controlled by the regional settings on the local computer.

Would you like to submit a feature request for the NinjaTrader Development to consider adding this functionality to a future version of NinjaTrader?

Thank you Chelsea, yes.

I'm using Calendar bars, in which the weekend slots are showing Friday's date. It's obviously an oversight for the NT8 development team since who actually plots the weekend? ;-)

I'll get over it......
