Can't use Color.FromArgb Method (Int32, Color). Is there any analogue in NT8?

In NT7 I often used Color.FromArgb Method (Int32, Color) from System.Drawing namespace.

Now this method is unavailable.
Only System.Windows.Media.Color.FromArgb( byte, byte, byte) available.

Is there any method with (int32, Color) arguments?

The FromArgb from Windows.Media is the constructor that will need to be used.

I would recommend using this publicly available color picker to calculate your RGB values to make using this constructor easier.
