Tool that draws O/H/L/C on any bar

A request for a tool that draws horizontal lines for O/H/L/C across the chart or to the right of the chart of any selected bar of any time frame (eg a 30 minute bar in the past once selected, it automatically draws the O/H/L/C for that bar either to its right or extends both sides [can be a choice]).
