Determine source of error: Unhandled exception: barsAgo needed to be between 0 and -1

    Determine source of error: Unhandled exception: barsAgo needed to be between 0 and -1

    I have a customer that is running into a very non-descriptive error.

    I'm looking for where I can determine what the source of the error is (I don't know what indicator is causing it). What log file can I look into and find out?

    There is many, many popups (one for every bar) that say:

    Unhandled exception: 'barsAgo' needed to be between 0 and -1 but was 0.
    Parameter name: barsAgo

    This error does not occur locally, so it could be from another vendor, but I need to determine that.

    One, the error doesn't make sense, since 0 should be valid. Two, I don't understand why this is an actual Popup and not just an error in the Control Center log. Three, it doesn't reference what indicator is causing the issue.

    Is there a log file that gives more details and point me in the right direction?

      Please send me your log and trace folders to*platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.*
      You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
