access last historical data

For a custom instrument I imported data from file and I would like from within an addon to access the last imported value

but both are null

Instrument.GetInstrument("Test").MarketData && Instrument.GetInstrument("Test").HistoricalData

You could access this data through a BarsRequest Object.
