what do i have to do to initialize?

i just want to create a addon so i can get notified on the fills. what do i have to do to initilize the a/c

what is the difference between extending AddonBase vs AddonTabPage?
when i right click on addon's to create new one, it extends AddonBase

The AddonBase would be as you noted, this is what an Addon extends to be an addon. This would be the correct choice for creating an addon, if you are trying to create an addon with tabbed pages please see the following example:

The AddonTabPage you are seeing is likely extending NTTabPage which is used for the Content of a tab.
