    Greyed Out Settings Property

    Hi,

    How can I create a greyed-out setting in custom DrawingTool properties window?
    For example I want to display the Add-On Version so it will be visible but won't be editable by the user.

    I tried declaring [ReadOnly(true)], [Browsable(false)] and combined options as well, but it seems it only removes the property from the properties window.

    Code:
    [DefaultValue(5.2)]
    [Display(Name = "Add-On Version", Order = 1, GroupName = "General")]
    public double AddOnVersion { get; set; }

    Hello xfactscout,

    You would need to make a readonly property in the descriptor collectionhowever keep in mind this will not likely work in areas like the optimizer.

      Thank you Jesse for pointing me to the right direction. I'll let you know if any other assistance is required.
