Request for offline help system

At the moment we are experiencing many power cuts and at times slow or no internet, here in Southern Ecuador.

(waiting for my starlink)

I can still write code, test, and debug it, this can be done without an internet connection.

But there is no Ninja Help system when there is no internet.

Would be great to at least have a comprehensive PDF file or the old style windows help in this case.
