Regarding the references, you are importing the proper way from Tools > Import > NinjaScript Addon and selecting the file, is this correct?
The references necessary should be automatically added during the import process.

May I confirm you have not tried to manually add the files to the filesystem and you are importing the proper way from Tools > Import > NinjaScript Addon and selecting the file?

It should not have been possible to get these errors. A script will not even import if this would cause compile errors.

Is this script not importing because you already had compile errors that needed to be fixed before starting the import process?

Orders from an addon are placed through an account using <Account>.CreateOrder() and <Account>.Submit().

That is not the proper way to import a script and will cause compile errors.

You will need to remove the files you manually put in the file system and import the proper way.

To import a NinjaScript into NinjaTrader 8 do the following:

1. Download the script to your desktop, keep it in the compressed .zip file.
2. From the Control Center window select Tools -> Import -> NinjaScript Addon...
3. Click the Desktop icon on the left to navigate to the desktop
4. Select the downloaded .zip file -> then click Open
5. NinjaTrader will then confirm if the import has been successful.

Critical *Note that on any files that say "File already exists on your PC" that start with an "@" symbol are the ones that came preloaded inside of NinjaTrader so you would say "No" so that you do not override those files.

When using the Addon approach all orders have to go through the account. See the help guide links I've provided you in post # 9..
