OIF Cancel command not working with APEX

Hello,
I'm placing two OIF commands,Place and after 10 seconds Cancel, Cancel works in SIM account and not in Apex (real time).
ID is 2, Strategy is Ninja

PLACE;APEX-xxxx-08;MES 09-24;BUY;1;Limit;5644.5;;DAY;;2;Ninja;
CANCEL;APEX-xxxx-08;;;;;;;;;2;;

This might be an issue with the account name.

Are there errors appearing on the Log tab of the Control Center?

May I confirm you are using the Name and not the DisplayName (as would appear on the Accounts tab of the Control Center)?

The same account name is able to place Buy Limit order, but not able to cancel it.
This works in SIM account.

Are you certain you are providing the correct order id (as shown on the Orders tab of the Control Center after the order becomes working)?

What do you see on the Log tab of the Control Center?

1.I provide Used ID=2 while placing and cancelling .
2.In Orders tab ID= is much bigger number like 1734313076

Is there message the order cannot be found?

Is the cancellation rejected?

Try supplying the Order ID shown in the Orders tab of the Control Center for the order.

Does this cancel the order properly?

If not, may I have you send an email to scriptingsupport [at] ninjatrader.com so that I may request your log and trace files and investigate further?

I realised that only with ID=2 Cancel doesn't work.
With ID 1,3,4 ... it work!
