Chart Trader close order disables Strategy. Bug?

That is correct, when you manually manage the position on the account the strategy will be stopped. When a strategy is running it will want to be the only script running on that account + instrument, that is just how strategies work in general. That is mainly so that it can stay in sync with the account position and not put in orders which result in incorrect positions. If you want to manually trade while a strategy is running the best way to do that is to have the strategy create custom buttons on the chart so you can click the custom buttons instead of using chart trader. That lets the strategy put in orders or close positions using strategy based actions so it knows what is happening.
