Cant write OIF.txt to NinjaTrader 8\incoming"

I want to write OIF.txt file to C:\Users\USER\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\incoming, to Automate placing orders.
When Ninjatrader is open file is not written, no error reported by Python.
When Ninjatrader is close OIF file is written, orders place, no problem.
Im using Python to write OIF file.
Copying OIF file works and orders are placed.
OS is Windows 10, Home.

That may be how the python script is trying to write the file. I would suggest trying to write the file to a different location and then move the already written file into the directory using a command to see if that allows it to work.

Problem solved, NT will read and erase OIF file from NinjaTrader 8\incoming, and if trading tab not open, the orders are not visible on the screen.
Leaving trading tab open fixed my problem.
