Is this a recommended thing for indicators to help increase stability? If so, does NT allow for prebuffering?

You can manually download historical data so this is cached and will load on charts faster.
For indicator plot values specifically, they are cached as they are loaded on a chart (or called from another script) and the market data is processed. There isn't a way to manually (or through code) prebuffer indicator plot values.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service -
