The EMA is drawn incorrectly on the chart.

Hi,

I’m developing a strategy and adding the EMA indicator to the chart through the strategy. In some cases (not the majority), when I enable the strategy or change the time frame, the EMA is drawn incorrectly as shown in the image. If I change the time filter again, the EMA is drawn correctly, but I have to keep changing the time filter repeatedly.

What could be causing this, and how can I prevent it from happening?

It's likely that there is a gap in the data or something like this.

Please update to the latest release 8.1.3.1 and ensure you can reproduce the behavior.

Then if you can reproduce, right-click the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.
Let me know if this corrects the chart.

There is no gap in the data because, as I mentioned, I have the data loaded in the chart, and when I enable the strategy, the moving average appears as shown in the previous image. This doesn’t happen all the time; it happens rarely, but I don’t want it to happen at all and I want to prevent it. Additionally, as I mentioned, in the same chart where the moving averages load incorrectly, if I change the timeframe from 1 minute to 2 minutes, the data and the moving averages load correctly.

May I confirm you have updated to 8.1.3.1 and the behavior can be reproduced?

Did right-clicking the chart and selecting Reload All Historical Data correct the chart?
