    OIF files not processed

    I have built a bridge for a client which copies trades from MT4 to NinjaTrader. I am using the OIF file process, and it works with no problems on my computer.
    The OIF file is generated in MT4 and is moved into the NinjaTrader incoming folder (file checks every 1/10th of a second). The order is then processed immediately by NinjaTrader.
    However on my client's computer the OIF files are not processed. The files build up in the incoming folder.
    There are no messages in the Log tab. It is as if the files are simply ignored.
    Trying to find the problem, I opened one of the OIF files, and clicked File>Save As. I gave the file a new name "oif25.txt" and saved it. It was immediately processed. I repeated this a few times with the same results.
    And so files that are moved to the incoming folder are not processed (and no messages in Log), whereas the same files saved with a new name are processed.
    Can anyone suggest what the problem is?
    Why would OIF files be ignored? Could it be the write time of the file? Although that is usually less than half a second difference.

      Have you mastered the settings at,

      CC > Options > Automated trading interface

      and compared them to same settings on your
      client's machine?
