Questions about Rithmic API

Hi, I am trying to develop an add-on that will access specific information from a Rithmic account. I went to Rithmic directly at first and got their API dev kit and while there is a .NET framework version, it appears I cannot call the supplied rapiplus.dll directly within NinjaTrader. It always give me the error I will post in an attached screenshot. I messaged with their development team and they suggested I inquire if NT has its own rithmic dll file or accessing system for information because their API system is designed for stand alone systems. So, is this something you can help me with? I am specifically trying to pull the autoLiquidateInfo for an account.
