Ping servers/Connections used by "My Rithmic for Ninjatrader Brokerage"

Hello,

I would like to run a ping test between my PC and the servers/Connections used by "My Rithmic for Ninjatrader Brokerage" System "Rithmic Paper Trading (Chicago)".

I have attached an image of the query regarding the connection.

Can you pass along the appropriate details on how to accomplish this?

Thanks for your post.

You can do a "tracert" command in the Windows Command Prompt to one of the Rithmic servers.

To my knowledge, Rithmic uses dynamic IP addresses so I recommend contacting Rithmic directly for more information.
