How to get the list of strategies from a chart?

I'm working on a strategy, and some users load the strategy more than once on the same chart (I'm not sure why, maybe user error), but I want to restrict that.
My idea is to obtain the list of strategies loaded on the chart, and if the strategy has already been loaded, prevent them from enabling it.
In other words, there should only be one strategy loaded with the same name (or I don't know how to identify it), and if there is already another one, prevent them from enabling it.
How can I do this?

ChartControl.Strategies is a collection of strategies configured on the chart window.
