    strategy default [0] keep calculating with everything else remaining as is

    on a short trade, i have price (default [0] <= high [1] -11ticks*ticks_enterShort) below by 11 ticks of a candle high at a bollinger line for entry. if the candle at [0] in comparison to candle at [1] at the bollinger doesn't make it to -11 ticks. is there a way to keep having the calculation happen on the next candle so when it does get to -11 ticks there is an entry? like default [0] + 1 future candle (default [0]) <= 11...

    Hello SteveReiza,

    You can save a price to a variable and see if the market price moves from that stored price by a number of ticks for as many bars as you would like.

    This example below does something similar.

      sweet. that's what i'm looking for. maybe to 4 bars from price saved as a variable. many thanks. i'll check into the examples.
