How to use nonstandard interval start times

Wondering how to use a normal interval, like 5/15/60 minutes, but to have it start at an abnormal time like 10:09am. So for a 15 min interval, I want 10:09, 10:24, 10:39 etc, instead of the normal 10:00, 10:15, 10:30....

Hello FutTrader9000,

The times you see are bar close times, if you use 15 minutes the bar times will be in increments of 15 minutes. There would not be a way to have abnormal bar close times on a time based series, the close times will match the series that you select.
