MergePolicy.UseGlobalSettings is a const for the MergePolicy enum, it doesn't contain the global value.
Have you test it?

Apologies for the misunderstanding.

Unfortunately, there is no supported or documented NinjaScript methods or properties to get the Tools > Options > Market Data > Merge Policy.

This forum thread will be open for other community members to share their insights on unsupported code to accomplish this.
