The color resources come from the Skin files.

I don't clarify anything, what I want is for the letters of my addons to be white for dark graphics and black for white graphics when starting up.
If you see the screenshot I have it with white font but if I carry ninja in the white mask I have to modify the code

Likely you are wanting to use the ColorTextNormal resource in the BluePrint.xaml skin file.

The forum post I've linked in post # 2 and the reference sample demonstrate how to use this resource from the skin.
