Help Needed with NinjaTrader Indicator Code on IsFirstTickOfBar

Hi NinjaTrader community,

I'm not clear on IsFirstTickOfBar, i thought it's true when first tick of the bar and then false.
so I am checking this flag in OnBarUpdateMethod but it's always true so I am unable to move further to continue my work.

please any one help me on this I want to call one custom method at the starting of the each bar

Hello ramanji,

IsFirstTickOfBar will only be false if Calculate is set to OnEachTick or OnPriceChange and TickReplay is enabled (for historical).
