1. do session templates restrict daily/weekly/monthly data outside start and end times? or do we need to use minute intervals.

2. can the session template be created or modifies in an NT8 script?

Hello fingers,

Daily bar data is provided from the data provider and can be either ETH or RTH hours depending on the provider. Trading hours templates apply only to datapoints that fall outside of the templates hours so for daily and above that would not remove any data because there is only 1 data point per bar. You would need to use a more granular series to remove data outside the template hour.

A script cannot modify the templates, in that situation you would instead need to make time conditions to restrict when the logic is working.
