Ninjatrader VS code connection

Hey, i have already seen some posts on this topic but they could not help me. If im in the Ninjascript Editor an press the VS code button i get the error "Failed to find Visual Studio Installation"
Pls Help

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, NinjaTrader can only launch Visual Studio 2019 or later. VS Code is not supported.

That button for VS only. Just open the Custom folder in VS Code, and you're good to go. You can edit the code in any editor, including Windows Notepad. Save changes with the NinjaScript Editor open, and it will compile.

Hey thanks i now when i click on the icon and Vs code is opening i get this blank screen.

The Visual Studio button on the NinjaScript Editor requires Visual Studio and VS Code is not supported.

If the project is loaded, open the Solution Explorer and double click a file to edit it.

It's not VS Code, it's Visual Studio. Click on Ansicht --> Lösungs-Explorer, and you will see your Custom folder where strategies/indicators reside
