Compilation error with .NET Framework

i am getting the following error after i did a visual studio 22 community edition update:

NinjaScript File,Error,Code,Line,Column,
\NETFrameworkVersion=v4\6\1\AssemblyAttributes.cs, Duplicate 'global::System.Runtime.Versioning.TargetFramework Attribute' attribute,CS0579,4,12,

i checked the project target framework in VS22 project properties and .NET Framework 4.6.1 is selected. any help is appreciated.

If this is on the latest version of NinjaTrader, I would suggest shutting down NT and VS and go to Documents -> NinjaTrader 8 -> bin -> Custom and delete .vs and then restart NT and try again, as a start, so you have a clean test.
