Determine if Drawing Object is Deleted from Chart or simply Refreshing Chart?

Within my custom drawing object, when the Chart is refreshed, The State is set to State.Terminated (as expected).

Is there a way to determine if the object is being permanently removed from the Chart, rather than just a "temporary" one upon chart refresh? When you refresh the chart, the State is set to Terminated. When you delete the object from the chart, the State is also set to Terminated. Is there a way to distinguish between the situations?

Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

    Hello neoikon,

    Thanks for your post.

There are no DrawingTool methods available for determining if the State is State.Terminated if the object is being permanently removed from the Chart versus the Chart being refreshed.

If you would like, I could submit a feature request to the Development team for adding a method to detect if a DrawingTool is being removed from the Chart or if the Chart is being refreshed when the State is State.Terminated.
