Why NinjaTrader 8 skipping bar calculate at close

I have script where it has to calculate the bar itself if it’s green or red and sometime it’s skipping the calculation and not giving desired results
I am using heiken ashi candle chart

One line above the condition in question, print the time of the bar and the values compared in the condition with labels to the output window.
Save the output by right-clicking the output window and selecting Save As, and include the saved text file with your reply.
