A custom button

How I can create such a button? I want this button to be "glued" to a certain price - i.e. when zooming, the button should match the price.
The appearance of the button is secondary. How can I bind a button to a specific price?

I do not need exactly a ready-made example. I'm wondering how I can achieve this. The key question is: how can I bind a button with a specific price level and price scale. With what technology.

Hi, the most relevant example would be the drawing tool tile indicator. This would exemplify how to render buttons onto the chart canvas area.
