Options data NinjaTrader8

Hi

I own a lifetime NT8 license.
I also have a live data subscription to the CME with NinjaTrader brokerage.

My question is:

With that data subscription and NT8, can I visualise real time data on CME options on futures on NT8 platform ?(via the options chain windows perhaps)

Hello MacroTrader347,

The options chain window would be where you get options data from. If you open that window and load an instruments do you see data load? That will let you know if you have options data currently with your connection. The supported connections for option data are listed in the following page; https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...y_provider.htm

If you do not see data loading in that window please use the platforms Help -> Email support option and choose Brokerage account support. You can then ask to see what available options you have to get data for the options you wanted to view.
