Debugger issue

I'm trying to debug my strategy, but visual studio and ninja trader is getting crashed in my local, windows 10 desktop. Then i installed my strategy in windows server 2016 but there debugger is not being hit even though i linked to current code. i tried all online help. i reinstalled visual studio 2022 community and ninja but still same problem. none of them worked out. anyone has faced issue in debugging?

In Script Editor, right click and turn on Debug Mode then recompile.
