Compiled Addon to DLL - from time to time gets 'overwritten'

Hello,

I have a addon that seems to be getting overwritten from time to time. The addon contains a string. Every so often when NT is launched the string seems to be changed or is not accessible.

Would there be a reason for this? In order to bring it back to normal (original string) I have to delete the database file and relaunch NinjaTrader (happens more often then I like).

Is NT doing something for AddOns in the database that would modify anything?

No, this would not be possible.

Is the string in the AddOn a hard-coded string?

It could be caused if you have a backup or cloud service that is reverting the file (like OneDrive). Another possibility would be importing the script multiple times, causing the string to change when importing a different version of the AddOn. Or, this could be caused by restoring a backup file that has the AddOn containing a different string.
