Import Issue

just installed NT 8.0.27.1 64-bit

Not sure is this is related but when I try Tools > Import > Ninjascript

and try and file a file the program says "working on it" and then hangs (does nothing with blue circle)

Hello dibDab,

That could indicate a problem with items you already have imported. I would suggest using the NinjaScript editor to compile and confirm that works before trying to import an item. I would also suggest checking if you can access the Tools -> Remove NinjaScript assembly menu.

If you still see a problem after doing a compile please try closing all workspaces and ensure nothing in the platform is currently running then test the import again.

The import menu usually directs to the downloads folder so another factor may be if you have a large number of files in the downloads folder that is keeping the import window from opening quickly. Clearing out the downloads folder may also help.
