how customize the outline color (wick color) of a candle bar on system default chart?

so far i can set bar color on property window but i want to set outline color of candle bar. any suggestion?
hopyfully there is a easy way to access chart object in realtime.

I mean a bar is on a candle bar chart that shown by NinjaTrader 8. It is not a bar on my own indicator.
And also I want to show different outline color on same candle chart at same time.

If you want to change the candle wick color of a bar through the UI, you could do so by clicking the 'Data Series' button in the Chart Toolbar, locating the 'Candle wick' property, clicking the down arrow next to 'Candle wick' to expand the available properties, using the 'Color' drop-down menu to select the candle wick color you want, and clicking OK.
