How can I delete an addon from the control center?

This example created 6 instances in the control center. How can I delete them?

Hi webus, thanks for writing in. This means the addon is adding extra menu items and not recognizing the one that is already added. You will need to completely remove the addon, then restart NinjaTrader to remove these. I attached a more stripped down addon that adds the menu item.

Unzip this file then place the two files within Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\AddOns
