VendorLicense-obtaining collection of licenses

Hi,
as a vendor managing licenses, is there any way *from code* to obtain the users and licenses contained in the Vendor Licensing window? I know I can export it as a .xslx or .csv, and then code could read that back in, but that requires periodic manual actions whenever licenses are added or changed. I have a particular use case for the code to be able to decide if a user is licensed or not for a particular product, rather than using the built in licensing system in its typical usage (VendorLicense() in the initialization).

There is no officially supported code, however there may be a workaround the NinjaTrader Ecosystem team may be willing to provide.
