    Hi how to trade futures options on Ninja Trader?

    There is not currently any supported means to trade options through NinjaScript, you can use the Options window for manual options trading. https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...tion-chain.htm

      Hi Jesse, when I open a new option chain window it does not populate the information like shown in the link you provided
      heres what it looks like when i open it.

        Are you currently subscribing to options data? You need to contact the NinjaTrader Brokerage team to ensure that your account is enabled for options: [email protected]

        You will also need to ensure that you enable "Web API" on your NinjaTrader Continuum connection within the NinjaTrader platform before you are able to view options data:

          lol I did contact them here is the response i got:

          ""Thank you for your inquiry.

          We are currently not opening options accounts nor are we offering options data for SIM trading now that we are a non-clearing FCM.

          We may be offering the ability to trade options again in the future, but there is no time frame as to when that may be.

          Please let us know if we may be of further assistance."

          Before you respond nothing was mentioned about "opening an account" or "SIM" trading it was referencing a lifetime license and active "live" trading account with NT Brokerage.
          Nevertheless that is the response I got

            Hello sonia0101,

            Then in that situation you would not be able to use the options window with that connection if you had not previously had an options account set up. Unfortunately we cannot look up your account on the forum to know that ahead of time, you would need to work through brokerage support email for any account related items to ensure we can give you accurate information based on your account.

            This forum is best for NinjaScript development questions specifically, if you need general platform or connectivity help the best sub forum for that is the technical support: https://ninjatrader.com/support/foru...cal-support-aa
