Stop loss and traling stop

Hi, how can I create a stop that is set 1 tick below the entry bar low (Long entry) or one tick above the entry bar high (Short entry). The stop moves below the lows of subsequent closing bars (Long) - 1 tick or above the highs of subsequent closing bars (short) + 1 tick (Long).

If the trailing stop is not possible, I would still be happy to have the initial stop loss (1 tick below the low or 1 tick above the high) and then manually move the stop.
