How can one view the current versions of C# and the .NET framework being used by their currently installed version of NinjaTrader?

Hello scoobydoodles,
For NinjaTrader this is something that does not change often, the current version NinjaTrader uses would be .net framework 4.8. You can use Environment.Version to see the C# version however that is generally not as relevant as the overall .net version being used. any syntax or libraries need to be .net 4.8 compliant.
