stripdown the NT script

Is it possible to stripdown the NT script and run it on a different system such as visual studio, excel or else?
The script includes multi time frames. thanks

NinjaScripts must be run on the NinjaTrader platform and cannot be run outside of NinjaTrader.

It would be possible to use Visual Studio for debugging a custom NinjaScript. Once changes are made to the script in Visual Studio, you would need to save the script and then compile the script in a NinjaScript Editor window, not in Visual Studio. This is because the NinjaScript Editor includes necessary code in the script when a compile is run.

If you want to store information related to certain market conditions or trades outside of NinjaTrader to a file then you could use a StreamWriter. The formatting of the text file can also make for easy importing into Microsoft Excel in the future.
