Play opposite side only

Hello guys
how do you tell bot to play opposite side only. Say I'm in long took profit but I don't it to enter long again but wait for short play. Then next play will be long only so on and on.

I'm not a programmer so I'm doing this in strategy builder.

Hi, thanks for posting. The builder can make boolean variables that you can use the act as on/off switches. So set up a boolean variable and set it to true initially. When the boolean is true, only trigger long positions, then, in the exit set for the long position, set the boolean to false and that will allow short trading. To control the flow of code will require the use of variables like this just like any program would use (the strategy builder is generating code under the hood, and your sets will be processed one after the other starting with set 1). I attached an example that uses booleans in the builder to control the flow of sets.
