How to create a custom time series?

Hello,

Is it possible to create a custom time series in this way:

24 hr bar that opens at 8:30 AM

In a backtest, when I set my time frame to Minute - 1440. This replicates a 24 hr period but it opens at 16:00:00. Can I change this to having the bar open at 8:30:00?

Hi Don, thanks for posting.

The all time stamps represent the end time of the bar, so this is not the opening time you are seeing it is the ending time. You would need to make a custom session template under Tools>Trading Hours so that the session ends at 8:30AM to get an 8:30 time stamp.
